These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Parkfetch service operated by Orph Labs AI, Inc. ("Parkfetch," "we," "us," or "our"). By using Parkfetch, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Parkfetch is a car retrieval coordination service for residents of private garages, doorman buildings, and valet-staffed properties. You can request your car via the Parkfetch app, SMS, or phone call, and your building's garage operator will retrieve your vehicle.

2. SMS & Voice Terms

By using Parkfetch via SMS or by providing your phone number through our app, you agree to the following:

• Program name: Parkfetch Car Retrieval Alerts
• What you'll receive: Car retrieval request confirmations, status updates, ETA notifications, and service-related messages.
• Message frequency varies based on your usage of the service.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.
• Reply STOP to opt out of all SMS messages.
• Reply HELP for assistance or contact info@orphmedia.com.
• Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may opt out at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident or authorized user of a participating building to use Parkfetch.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate vehicle and contact information.
• Be available to collect your vehicle when notified that it is ready.
• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

Parkfetch coordinates communication between residents and garage operators. We are not responsible for vehicle damage, delays caused by garage operators, or any loss arising from use of the service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. Privacy

Your use of Parkfetch is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Parkfetch after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Parkfetch at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the service at any time by replying STOP to opt out of SMS or by discontinuing use of the app.
